Vielle Beauty is a line of multi use serums, four clean ingredients each, formulated and bottled in St. Louis. One bottle works on face, hair, cuticles, as well as focused uses like on scars and dry spots, which means it sells to the customer who is tired of owning twelve products and using four of them.

Three formulas, in 1 oz, 2 oz, and Travel Minis. The Signature formula is for skin that's changing. The Scar Fade formula is for marks that are healing. The Vanilla Rind formula is for brightness.

Two ways to open an account

Order through Faire. If you already buy on Faire, we're there. Ordering runs on Faire's terms rather than mine, which for new retailers usually means 60 day payment terms and free returns on your opening order. It's the fastest way to start, and you can reorder without going through me.

Or order direct. If you'd rather talk first, or you're a subscription box, a salon suite, or something that doesn't fit a standard order form, write to hello@viellebeauty.com. That comes straight to me, and the terms below are the ones that apply.

When you email, it helps to include:

• Your business name and where you're located
• Where you'd sell Vielle: shop, website, treatment room, subscription box
• Which formulas you're interested in
• Roughly how many units you'd like to start with

How ordering direct works

• Wholesale pricing is 50% of suggested retail, in case packs of six.
• Opening order is $250, any mix of formulas. Reorders are $150. Orders over $400 ship free in the continental US.
• Solo estheticians and salon suite operators: the opening minimum is waived. Six units in any combination is a fine first order.
• Tester bottles are available at half of wholesale with any opening order.
• Lead time is two to three weeks depending on volume, and you get a written ship date within two business days of ordering.
• Terms are net 45 for approved accounts, or can be prepaid at the same pricing if you'd rather not run credit.

A few things people ask

Do you protect territory?
Case by case, and in writing when I grant it. Usually a radius around your address, held while you keep reordering. I don't hand out metro wide exclusivity.

Will my customer find it cheaper on your site?
No. I keep a minimum advertised price policy and I hold my own store to it, and you get advance notice of any promotion so you can plan around it.

Do you work with subscription boxes?
Yes, and I have room to do more of it. The 5 ml Travel Minis are great for exactly that. Email me for pricing.
