Refund policy

We want you to love your Vielle. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Because these are skincare products, we can’t accept returns on opened bottles.

Need a different formula? Unopened products can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Email us and we’ll help you swap.

To start a return, email hello@viellebeauty.com with your order number. We’ll reply with the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days of the return reaching us.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Not returnable: gift cards and Vielle merch, since merch is printed just for you.
